I've worked with several other agents and Christine's warm, cheerful approach (alacrity) is exceptionally rare and, most admirable. The only reason why I can't speak to her negotiating skills is because we have decided to postpone our relocation. I have no doubt that Christine would have been able to steer us to just the right property to call home.
